All in Nature seeks highly motivated and creative Educators with a natural love for the outdoors and teaching alternative programming. Qualifications: BS/BA in Education, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Recreation, Ecology, Forestry, Psychology, Biology, Outdoor Education, or related field. Interest and desire to become a part of the All in Nature key leadership team and teach elementary and middle school age students about the environment in a non-traditional setting. Previous teaching experience is a plus but is also a great place to start! Applicants need to be comfortable with social settings, tempo teaching, public speaking, gregarious teaching techniques and facilitating conversations that will lead students to a better understanding of the natural world!
Duties include: Leading trail lessons, Lake Ecology, Astronomy/Star Lab, Geology, Toast Burning, Prairie Ecology, Orienteering, Fishing, Outdoor Living Skills, Sensory Awareness, Archery, and Conservation Projects to name a few. Hand's on education at it's finest! We are also looking for individuals with specific skill sets such as: yoga, cooking, music, etc--- the more talented and diverse your interests are the better.
