Ashley Berggren is the founder and director of All in Nature. Ashley began her 14 year teaching career with Teach for America, a non-profit organization that seeks to expand educational opportunities in low-income areas. She has a diversity of educational experiences that include: high school biology, middle school earth science, elementary physical education, and high school behavior specialist. Ashley earned a degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, and has teaching certifications in both elementary and special education. In 2006, she received her Masters in Special Education from Regis University, Denver, Colorado. Aside from her teaching career, Ashley has been directing her own youth basketball camps for the past eighteen years. Paula Boback is the founder and lead teacher at Prairie Green School in Iowa City, Iowa. She founded Prairie Green School in 2011 in order to provide children with a valuable education based in environmental and sustainable principles. Prior to launching Prairie Green School, Paula taught environmental education at the University of Iowa and elementary education in Illinois. In addition to her extensive teaching experience, Paula has been involved in multiple start-up education programs. For three years she helped grow and expand Taproot, an outdoor education program connecting youth with nature. Paula is an active consultant for Youth Onbelay, providing administrative expertise and curriculum programming. http://www.prairiegreenschool.org/


​​Meghan Peregord has extensive experience working with youth and young adults. She began her career in social services where she worked in residential treatment facilities and housing programs for over ten years serving severely mentally ill young adults. She worked to incorporate outdoor experiential education programs into her clients' weekly schedules after seeing the need to provide experiences and challenges outside their traditional settings. Meghan completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Heidelberg University in Ohio and later earned a Masters of Science in Sports Administration. Meghan enjoys hiking, camping, and reading.
