Explore. Excite. Awaken.

OVERVIEW

All in Nature strives to create meaningful experiences in the natural world that help foster a child's love and stewardship for the earth. Through guided exploration in nature, hands-on learning, outdoor unstructured play, and observation and reflection, children develop a feeling of "connection" between others and the world around them. All in Nature provides two separate education programs in one package which provide children with experiences that expand their mind and spirit. "Earth Education" day activities seek to expose children to the wonders of nature and awaken a curiosity for learning through observation and inquiry. Locations vary from day to day depending on the weather, group size, and children's interests, but include activities such as: hiking, swimming, sledding, bow making, animal tracking, treasure hunting, geocaching, maple tree tapping, fishing, tree planting, and outdoor games.

In addition to "Earth Education" days, All in Nature provides "Discovery" activity days which focus on exposing children to a variety of interests, hobbies, and specific skill sets. We partner with local businesses, non-profit organizations, and community members to provide platforms for children to get in touch with their passions and gifts. Activities focus on health and wellness, community involvement, cooperative play, cultural awareness, music, and the arts. Activities include: yoga, cooking, indoor rock climbing, dance, volunteering at local animal shelter, team sports, pottery making, music, and improv theater. All in Nature believes that children can become empowered when provided with a diversity of learning experiences which awaken a child's unique talents and gifts.

All in Nature strives to provide educational programming that is safe, fun, and inspiring. We focus on measurable outcomes which impact a child's cognitive, social and emotional development.  We value the "whole" child and design our programming to help increase a child's self-esteem, communication skills, physical activity, and exposure to nature.  Research has shown that one of the greatest impacts on a child's development is a caring adult. All in Nature understands the importance of establishing caring relationships, and designs its programs under a "team" model approach where children are supported by other peers and caring adults. It is our vision that children will remain within the program for multiple years and our YO leaders will provide mentorship throughout a child's development.
